Meet Molly!
Molly has been part of the Jays team for almost 8 years. Her understanding and development in that period has been exceptional, taking on various levels of responsibility as she has progressed.
Molly is, knowledgeable, easy going and brings enormous energy to the team.
Her humour and passion shine through day to day and even more so since becoming the Operations Manager for the Jays Avonmouth site in 2024.
Molly is a 3rd generation White, with her farther – Jon White – being the Jays Managing Director.
What is your role within Jays Transport?
Ops Manager at our Avonmouth depot
What do your day to day duties include?
Oversee the operation involving the drivers and warehouse, covering collections & deliveries of pallets in the Bristol area.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
You don’t just come to take part, you come to take over!!!!!!!!!
What was your first job?
Washer Upper at our old family pub 😊
What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
iPod, battery packs & headphones.

I can write backwards, lol
What did you want to grow up to be when you were a kid?
Radio presenter! Play tunes, chat rubbish & get paid for it – the dream!!!
What do you do in your spare time?
We are season ticket holders for Bristol City – so if I’m not there, I’ll be down the pub.
Can you speak more than one language?
Does Somerset count as a 2nd language?
Are you a coffee or tea person?
I have about 4 coffees before 9am, so I think I must be a tea person? Haha, nah coffee all day long!!!!
