All areas of safety, administration, management, operations, and customer service will come under the scope of continuous improvement.

Convey fleet management

Convey will be used to monitor and report on all aspects of driver and vehicle compliance. Transport managers and driver trainers will use this system to challenge driver infringements and ensure that vehicle and driver card downloads are completed in a prompt manner.

MANDATA Web services

MANDATA will be used to monitor and report on driver fuel sympathy and performance, drivers hours and vehicle location and route, via CanBus technology.

SAFED training will use data from this system to prioritize poor performance drivers.

DriveCam Lytx

DriveCam will be used to monitor and report on all aspects of driver risk, to enable transport mangers and driver trainers to focus on medium and high risk drivers.

Insurance reporting, recording and monitoring

This will be used to monitor transport incidents and cost. We will record all incidences however minor and score for severity and estimate cost prior to settlement.

Transport fines and penalties

We will monitor all fines and penalties and where repetition by a driver is an issue a training program will initiated by the transport managers and driver trainers.

A report will be generated monthly to which we will apply continuous improvement techniques to challenge performance levels and seek to achieve industry benchmark standards.
